Inverse psoriasis, or flexural psoriasis, is characterized by erythematous, sharply demarcated, thin, shiny plaques that often itch and burn. Unlike plaque psoriasis, with inverse psoriasis, standard topical treatments may cause adverse effects in flexural areas.1- 3 We report a case of concomitant inverse psoriasis and hyperhidrosis under the arms, both successfully treated with botulinum toxin type A injections (Botox; Allergan Inc, Irvine, California).
