Unlike plaque psoriasis, with inverse psoriasis, standard topical treatments may cause adverse effects in flexural areas.1- 3 We report a case of concomitant inverse psoriasis and hyperhidrosis under the arms, both successfully treated with botulinum toxin type A injections (Botox; Allergan Inc, Irvine, California).
