Clinically, it usually presents as follicular papules or indurated, erythematous plaques, most commonly on the head and neck. Less common manifestations include lesions resembling alopecia areata, scarring alopecia, nodules, cysts, eczema, and chronic acneiform eruptions.1- 2 Herein we report a pediatric case of acneiform FM that showed an excellent response to hydroxychloroquine.
