Most patients have an associated gluten-sensitive enteropathy or coeliac disease (CDL)1 characterized histologically by duodenal and jejunal atrophy. It is well established that DH may affect the oral mucosa as well.2- 3 According to previous reports,1,3 oral lesions are found in 1% to 10% of patients with DH, but Fraser and coworkers3 reported oral lesions in 70% of patients. In the present study, oral changes in DH were assessed. SN - 0003-987X M3 - doi: UR - http://dx.doi.org/ ER -
