AB REPORT OF A CASE 
    A 7-month-old girl was seen with a 2-day history of erythematous lesions with a targetlike appearance. The lesions were widely distributed but were most numerous on her upper limbs and face.Her history was unremarkable except for a mild cold and cough treated with a citiolone mixture.Physical examination revealed an afebrile child in generally good condition. An extensive eruption of erythematous macular lesions (±3 cm) that resembled concentric erythematous rings (targetlike [cockade] or ecchymotic purpura).ccN The lesions were symmetrical on the face and limbs, and some lesions were seen on the trunk(Figure 1 and Figure 2). Edema of the limbs and face was noted.The following tests were performed: complete blood cell count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hepatic function, rheumatoid factors, platelets, coagulation factors, total and fractionated complement and immunoglobulins, urinalysis, and protein concentrations; all were within normal limits.The electrocardiogram and chest roentgenogram were
