AB • Metastasis of liposarcoma to the scalp occurred in a 50-year-old-man. Review of the literature disclosed no documented reports. Although cutaneous metastases from internal malignancies are of relative infrequent occurrence, such metastases may be limited to the scalp and a diagnosis can be established by a biopsy.(Arch Dermatol 114:1358-1359, 1978)
