ABSTRACT

Hot Line Number for the American Behçet's Association.—  The American Behçet's Association, Minneapolis, Minn, is a nonprofit organization that educates physicians about Behçet's disease and educates and supports Behçet's patients and their families. We have a hot line for inquiry and support and publish a quarterly newsletter and informational brochures. We also hold ferrals-family conferences and make referrals to physicians knowledgeable about Behçet's disease. Our hot line telephone number is 1-800-7BEHCETS.

Tokyo Symposium: New Frontiers in Hair Research.—  This meeting will be held on October 25 and 26, 1993, immediately before the Second Tricontinental Meeting of the Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology, The Society for Investigative Dermatology, and the European Society for Dermatological Research, Kyoto, Japan. The symposium president is Hideoki Ogawa, MD, Department of Dermatology, Juntendo University School of Medicine.
