Kaposi's Sarcoma. Presented by Dr. Louis Tulipan.  M. C., a Negro aged 56, presented from Bellevue Hospital, about nine months ago first noticed swelling and an eruption on the right hand. It then appeared on the left hand and shortly thereafter on the feet. The hands and feet were edematous, with multiple bluish nodules, pigmented patches and ulcerations, especially over the toes and fingers. He had been treated for syphilis at one of the city clinics during the year.The Wassermann reaction of the blood on admission to Bellevue Hospital was 4 plus. Physical examination revealed nothing unusual except that the blood pressure was 102 systolic and 50 diastolic. The icteric index was 18, and the differential white blood cell count was normal. The patient complained of precordial pain. Roentgenograms of the hands showed generalized bony atrophy and flexion deformities of the fingers. Histologic examination of sections of the skin
