In our studies of epidermomycosis we treated groups of students with various remedies of known or supposed value. The students in the groups were observed at weekly intervals, and their progress or lack of progress was recorded. The type of the infection was labeled as interdigital, vesicular, squamous or eczematoid, and the degree of severity was judged by a scale ranging from plus one to plus four. In order to make the grading as accurate as possible, all of the examinations were made by a trained personnel.
